I need a Lender in Sandy, UT

I'm looking for aggressive lender who can provide advantage for my clients over other home buyers. As you know we start to see more often multiple offers on houses and most of time listing agents ask for pre-qualified/pre-approval letter, proof of funds, etc., but they almost never call lender to verify those information - so there is no differentiation. Second, most closings happen in 30-45 days - no matter of type of loan - FHA, conventional, VA - again no advantage. Here's what I expect from my lender to do to give my buyer advantage
